Return & Replacement Policy

At Let The Dogs Out Co., every item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are custom printed upon ordering, all sales are final and we do not accept general returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

Please review our size charts carefully on each product page before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at ltdoco@outlook.com

• Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or printing error.

• Once verified, we will send a free replacement immediately at zero cost to you. You do not need to ship the damaged item back.

Order Cancellations & Modifications Because orders go directly into production with our printing partners, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check your shipping address, sizing, and photos before finalizing your order.
